1. Changing Your Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items.

To notify us: Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with your order number and request to return.

Returning the item: Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to post the item back to us.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Return postage: Unless an item is faulty or delivered in error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We inspect all orders carefully, but if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Within 30 days: You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

After 30 days: We will offer a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Return postage: If an item is verified as faulty, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
3. Non-Returnable Items Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom-made, bespoke, or personalised items

Perishable goods

Items sealed for hygiene/health protection reasons once unsealed
4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Standard outgoing delivery costs will be refunded if you return the complete order under your 14-day cancellation right. Upgraded express delivery costs are non-refundable.
