Of the four ranks encountered in the Zone, Rookies are the least experienced usually equipped with low-tier weaponry and sub-par armor.
Almost every faction in the Zone has rookies and recruit new ones often. Rookies are usually found on the outskirts of the Zone.
Everyone starts somewhere right? And everyone started as a Rookie.
